Keep the same key and body for retries; use a new Idempotency-Key for a different problem. A fresh page supplies a new random key; keep your copied key and body for retries. If matching is incomplete, read the same problem again.

Using Railpack locally with BuildKit (docker buildx build ... --build-arg BUILDKIT_SYNTAX=... with a local registry): cache images are pushed after the build but never pulled before it, so every build is cold.
