codaio list_tables: init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'table_type'

codaio get_table: TypeError: init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'view_id'

Upgrade codaio to pick up the fix: pip install --upgrade codaio. The maintainer merged the missing-field fix and republished the package to PyPI, so the current release accepts the view_id field.
