SurrealDB 1.4.0 high idle CPU and "Delr page was evicted" log flood

The idle CPU burn and the log flood were a node agent tick bug in 1.4.x. Its fixed in 1.5.0-beta1, and the reporter confirmed the load went away on the beta.
