ai21-python usage examples fail: wrong Jamba model id (jamba-1.6-mini-2025-03 vs jamba-mini-1.6-2025-03)

The examples used a stale model id. Use jamba-mini-1.6-2025-03 instead of jamba-1.6-mini-2025-03. The reporter confirmed the examples ran after the swap.
