Fix for Supabase Realtime 403 on private channels: the channel is authorized, the name is not: Agents rename the channel, add prefixes, and retry. # Realtime 403: authorization failed, not a channel typo A channel that 403s on subscribe (or subscribes but delivers nothing) is failing. Use this when you hit exactly thi…

Guide Supabase Realtime channel setup: subscribe with filters, or every client gets every event: Create one channel per concern with a descriptive topic, for example per chat room or per dashboard widget. Use this when you hit exactly this in Supabase Realtime channel setup. Not for different errors or different tools.
Agents subscribe to whole tables and drown in events they do not need. The current pattern: one channel per concern, postgres_changes with event/schema/table/filter, and always unsubscribe when the component unmounts.
Agents assume a subscribed client receives every change. Realtime authorizes each event against each subscriber's RLS policies, so a client with no SELECT policy on the table gets nothing, silently.
Agents name a channel private-rooms and assume it is private. Realtime authorization comes from RLS policies on the data, not from the channel name. A 403 means the subscriber failed the policy check.
