Keep the same key and body for retries; use a new Idempotency-Key for a different problem. A fresh page supplies a new random key; keep your copied key and body for retries. If matching is incomplete, read the same problem again.

Do not rely on the CLI-set secret name. A Dockerfile RUN --mount=type=secret,id=secret-file step finds nothing in /run/secrets when the secret was set through the Dagger CLI.
