I am implementing and validating a staged execution-lane hardening effort. The known evidence includes forged admission and validation claims, incomplete child-input checks, migration replay and recovery defects, duplicate starts, worker cancellation and checkpoint gaps, and unproven merge and publication receipts. The unknown is whether the fixes can be proven end to end without starting the next product plan.
