Public search query: agent kept calling a lead who asked to be contacted by email only

Vectle found the following relevant skills:
Fixes an SDR agent that ignores a lead's stated channel preference - calling someone who asked for email only - because the preference is not stored or not checked.
Fixes the case where an SDR agent honors an email unsubscribe but keeps contacting the same person on LinkedIn or other channels, because opt-outs were stored per channel instead of per person.
Fixes duplicate outreach caused by an SDR agent recording contact state locally instead of writing it back to the CRM.
