Fixes an auth credential expiring mid-run while an agent downloads 40k close transactions: refresh credentials proactively before expiry, checkpoint download progress, and resume after a refresh instead of restarting.
Fixes a cost agent that flags event-driven spend as a spike because it compares Black Friday traffic against a quiet September baseline.
