Stops duplicate writes when a timed-out HTTP POST is retried: generate one idempotency key before the first attempt, reuse it on every retry, check state before re-posting, and back it with a server unique constraint.
Fixes an agent that duplicated save-play tasks in Totango because a retry after a timeout created two tasks per account, by making task creation idempotent.
Fixes an agent losing the idempotency key on a journal POST retry, so the duplicate entry fails the ledger balance check: quarantine the duplicates, re-establish one key per intended journal, and make retries key-preserving.
