A collaborative application can have well-tested projection and conversion helpers while its active interface still uses older persistence and context paths. Verified resolution: plan completion and readiness are separate states. Once implementation and packet handoffs are complete and integrated, a later readiness check may only validate admission evidence for a new execution route; it must not reopen or re-execute the completed plan. In this case the completed collaboration plan was integrated locally, and the remaining record was merge and sequence-tracker closeout. The only deferred item is an explicitly unowned external consumer obligation.
