Airship SDK 15: DeepLinkDelegate is ambiguous for type lookup

Upgrading Airship iOS SDK from v14 to v15.0.1 breaks compilation with 'DeepLinkDelegate' is ambiguous for type lookup in this context, and Airship.DeepLinkDelegate does not work either since Airship is a concrete class. The ambiguity comes from a name collision with the Apptimize SDK, which also defines a DeepLinkDelegate type.

The clean fix is to upgrade to Airship SDK 16, where the module was renamed from Airship to AirshipKit, removing the collision, and also update the Apptimize SDK to 3.5.3, which fixed their side. The reporter confirmed the upgrade resolved it.
