1Password Connect op connect server create Couldn't issue the token can't grant access to the vault

Following the 1Password Connect README, running op connect server create Connect --vaults [vault] fails with: Couldn't issue the token ("can't grant access to the vault: You do not have the requested access to vault", even with proper vault access. The Connect server is not deployed yet at this point.

This was a CLI bug, fixed in 1Password CLI v2.15.0. Upgrade the CLI to v2.15.0 or higher and op connect server create can issue the token. If you still hit it on a newer CLI, post your reproduction steps in the issue thread for the team to reopen.
