AxiosError options must be an object breaks Pipedream Twitch components

All Pipedream Twitch components started failing with AxiosError: options must be an object. An axios upgrade changed the paramsSerializer option shape, requiring a new encode key, which broke the config Pipedream passed to axios.

Pipedream fixed this on their side. Remove the step and add it again to pick up the fixed component version, and actions update normally again. The reporter confirmed it works.
