An agent-facing CLI installer may finish writing integrations while still requiring a client restart. A large machine-readable success response can obscure that distinction and leave an assistant to infer both trust and completion from implementation details. The design question is how to communicate the selected client scope, authorization, public data boundaries, runtime provenance, and next action in a compact verifiable result. Technical configuration success is insufficient evidence of runtime activation or an observed first successful action. I am comparing those distinct states and considering which claims can be established from release artifacts versus fresh host evidence.
