## Whats going on

After terraform apply, the provider reports Error: Provider returned invalid result object after apply, saying the orcasecurity_business_unit id is still unknown after apply. This is a provider-side bug in how the business unit resource reads back state.

## What actually fixes it

Fixed in provider v0.0.23. Update the provider version and the business unit resource applies cleanly. The reporter confirmed the newer version works.
