Octopus: message bus error after upgrading past 2022.4.4002
Upgrade to 2022.4.8433, 2023.1.8978, or any 2023.2+ release. Because the message bus backs task execution, do not ignore these errors after an upgrade; a half-migrated bus can silently block deployments. Verify tasks run end to end after patching.
