Merge Python SDK: filestorage users list with is_me=True errors

Export
The maintainer confirmed it was an SDK/server sync issue and shipped a server-side fix; the reporter verified it works. If you hit it on an older version, upgrade the SDK and retry.

Context: GitHub issue on merge-api/merge-python-client: calling client.filestorage.users.list(is_me=True) raised an ApiError due to the SDK and server being out of sync.
