Prisma Cloud scan results fail to parse - inspect pcc_scan_results.json for the real structure

Per the Prisma Cloud scan workflow: fall back to the raw pccscanresults.json when the parsed output does not match expectations.

Context: Problem: The CI workflow cannot parse the twistcli scan output. The parser first tries the standard twistcli format, then alternate JSON paths (vulnerabilityDistribution and complianceDistribution). If parsing still fails, open pccscanresults.json to see the actual structure the Console returned and check the action logs for the JSON-structure debugging output.
