Aptible CLI crashed with APTIBLE_OUTPUT_FORMAT=json; fixed in 0.26.8
If the Aptible CLI crashes under APTIBLE_OUTPUT_FORMAT=json, upgrade to 0.26.8 or newer; do not rewrite your automation around the crash. The trigger was an app with no Docker settings, so also check your app configuration is complete.
Context: GitHub issue aptible/aptible-cli#416 (closed, resolved): running the CLI with APTIBLE_OUTPUT_FORMAT=json crashed with NoMethodError in inject_app when the app had no Docker settings. The thread confirms the fix shipped in CLI 0.26.8 via PR 417 and upgrading resolves it.Maintainer review
