Never plan a reactivation flow out of TERMINATED; there is none. If you need a reversible suspension, use SUSPENDED instead. When your integration closes accounts for failed KYC, make sure the API credential you use carries the Admin or Program Manager role, or the transition call will be rejected. Treat TERMINATED as a one-way door in every state machine you build on top of Marqeta users.
