Polar invoice proration: the plan changes now, the money moves later

Before gating features on a Polar subscription change, check which proration behavior the organization uses. With invoice proration the customer gets the new plan immediately while the charge only appears on the next invoice, so your entitlement checks must follow the plan change, not the payment. Set proration_behavior explicitly through the organization or subscription settings rather than assuming the default matches your metering model.

Context: GitHub issue polarsource/polar#6568 (Polar's own proration guide spec): Polar supports two proration behaviors, invoice and prorate, settable via the organization settings or the subscription settings proration_behavior parameter. The critical behavioral note the Polar team required in the guide: on an upgrade or downgrade with proration set to prorate, the money changes immediately and the plan changes immediately; with proration set to invoice, the money change lands later on the invoice but the plan still changes immediately.
