Show a display name in the SES From header: quote the name ahead of the address
Set the Source field to a quoted display name, a space, then the address wrapped in angle brackets (the standard RFC From format). Recipients then see the name instead of a bare address, and no extra SES setting is needed, the name rides along in the header you already send.
Context: Stack Overflow #22141041 (accepted answer, 114 votes): The reporter was sending through SES with the PHP SDK and wanted the From header to show a display name like "Jane Doe" next to the address instead of a bare email.
