HeyGen captioned_video_url is the burned-in render; subtitle_url is the sidecar
Download video_url for the clean render and subtitle_url for the SRT sidecar; only use captioned_video_url when you actually want burned-in captions. If your output has surprise captions, check which field you downloaded before debugging anything else. And when you set a brand glossary for pronunciation (saying HeyGen as hey-jen), remember the captions still show the original spelling; do not treat caption text as the pronunciation source.
