Zapier - ### Bug Description On Windows 11 zapier cli commands (test, build, validate) return following error: `Error: Only URLs with a scheme in: file, data, and node are supported by the default ESM loader.

## The fix

Zapier CLI 17.0.0 on Windows failing with 'Only URLs with a scheme in: file, data, and node are supported by the default ESM loader' was fixed in v17.0.2. If you hit it, upgrade past 17.0.2; rolling back to 16.5.1 was only the stopgap.
