feat(sendbird): add nestjs-sendbird integration
[thilllon]: Released: nestjs-sendbird@1.0.0 is on npm with a GitHub Actions trusted publisher; #566 removed the Changesets ignore entry, and the Release workflow versioned and tagged nestjs-sendbird@1.0.0 (2f3468d).
Context: GitHub issue thilllon/nestjs-kit#561 (closed, 1 comments, reported 2026-09-23): Add `nestjs-sendbird`, a NestJS integration for Sendbird's official server-side Platform API SDK, `@sendbird/sendbird-platform-sdk-typescript` (2.x; maintained, latest 2.1.8 from 2026-07-14). `@sendbird/chat` is a client SDK and is out of scope. ## Package identity - npm name `nestjs-sendbird` (unscoped, available; no punctuation-variant collisions), folder `packages/nestjs-sendbird`. - Placeholder `0.0.0` with an explicit `major` Changeset; the intended first release is **1.0.0**. - `NPM_PUBLISH_ENABLED` is `true`, so the package is listed in `.changeset/config.json` `ignore` until its firsMaintainer review
