Mojeek pagination is 1-based start offsets with no cursor
Page Mojeek results by incrementing s, remembering it is 1-based: s=1 returns the first result. Use head.results for the total and head.return to know when you have reached the last page, and treat head.exact=0 as an approximate count so you do not loop forever on fuzzy totals.
