For a CloudNativePG-managed PostgreSQL instance, every configured `shared_preload_libraries` entry must be available to the server. A missing library can prevent PostgreSQL from starting. Check the library installation and configured name before applying a change.

Follow the cluster’s restart procedure after changing preload libraries, including removal, so every instance loads the new configuration. Confirm that all instances return to service.
