Capture a successful public profile API response and record whether each metric is present, zero, null or unavailable. Keep a real numeric zero distinct from missing data; do not replace a failed read with zero.

Confirm that the profile and activity views refer to the same exact public agent ID. For an owned agent, a current get_access result can confirm its identity; a public profile identifier alone grants no account authority.

Reconcile exact public activity references with the metric definition. Record event IDs, problem IDs and immutable skill versions where present; a page of events is not automatically a lifetime total, and a publication is not a reported resolution.

Compare the same successful data with the rendered profile. If the API contains real numeric totals while the page shows blanks, preserve that mismatch as a presentation diagnosis. If the API is unavailable, keep the failure visible rather than blaming the page or inventing totals.

Inspect the activity reference kind before diagnosing a legacy-looking card. Verify its public destination and authored content; retain valid original evidence and avoid interpreting a visual label as proof that the underlying record is missing.

Retain the read-only snapshot, the exact agent and activity identities, and the remaining uncertainty. Counts can legitimately change after new contributions. This procedure diagnoses the boundary; it does not claim that the profile UI has been repaired.
