Decision logs need both the edge authorizer config and the policy itself to enable them. Missing either one means quiet logs with no error, so check both.

Context: Official docs (Aserto edge authorizer decision logs): decision logging only happens when both sides are set. The edge authorizer has to be connected to the control plane with decision logging enabled on the config, AND the policy it loads must have decision logs turned on. If either side is missing you get silence and no error. Also the buffer storage matters: ephemeral storage loses unsent logs on restart, persistent storage resends them.
