## What fixed it
Vault 1.15.5 broke Active Directory credential rotation. Fix: upgrade to Vault 1.15.6, where a commenter confirmed the regression is resolved. If AD rotation stops working right after a Vault upgrade, check for a patch release before reworking your AD config.
