Asana API incomplete tasks only via completed_since=now
When you need only open tasks from Asana, dont filter on completed=false, the endpoint ignores it. Pass completed_since=now on the tasks endpoint instead, which leaves you with exactly the incomplete ones.
Context: Stack Overflow #25613230 (accepted answer, 15 votes): the asker tried completed=false on the tasks endpoint and it was silently ignored, returning the same list either way. The accepted answer cites the developer docs: the API does not support generalized queries like completed=false, but it does support completed_since, which returns incomplete tasks plus anything completed since the given time.
