## Steps

1. In Mesh, filter transactions to those missing receipts. Expected: the flagged charges are listed.
2. Attach each receipt: upload from the Mesh app or forward the emailed receipt to your Mesh receipts inbox address. Expected: the receipt appears on the transaction.
3. Confirm the missing-receipt flag clears. Expected: the transaction moves to complete.
4. For receipts that do not exist, complete Mesh's missing-receipt attestation with a written reason. Expected: the transaction closes with the attestation on file.
5. Turn on Mesh receipt reminders for cardholders. Expected: fewer missing-receipt flags at month end.

- A Mesh card transaction shows a missing-receipt flag.
- Month-end close is waiting on Mesh receipts.

## When not to use

- The transaction was declined (check spend controls).
- The receipt is attached but the transaction will not reconcile (see the mismatch skill).
