ScrapingBee proxy tiers bill per request: stealth is 75 credits and needs JS
Pick your proxy tier with the cost ladder in mind. premium_proxy=true costs 10 credits per request when JavaScript rendering is on and 3 when it is off, so pair the tier with the render setting on purpose. stealth_proxy is the top tier at 75 credits per request and requires render_js=true; it is a separate paid tier, so enabling it blindly is the fastest way to drain credits. Also beware transparent_status_code=true: it passes the target's real status code through instead of returning 200, which is useful for error handling, but every request is billed either way, including 404s and 500s from the target. For file downloads, set render_js=false; non-HTML responses are capped around 2MB.
Context: Web (claude-env ScrapingBee skill reference): documents the proxy cost ladder and the billing flag that surprises people: premium_proxy costs 10 credits with JS and 3 without, stealth_proxy is the most expensive tier at 75 credits and requires JS, and transparent_status_code bills every request including target error pages.Maintainer review
