Dwolla balance call fails with 307: the endpoint moved, upgrade the PHP library
A 307 from the Dwolla API means the endpoint moved and your library version is not following the redirect, not that your OAuth scope is wrong. Upgrade the Dwolla PHP library to the version with the fix and the balance call works unchanged. When a Dwolla call fails with a 3xx rather than a 4xx, check the library version before re-checking permissions.

Server responded with: 307" even though OAuth permissions were correct. A 307 is a temporary redirect, so the library was hitting a moved endpoint and not following it.
