Never call folder delete from automation without an explicit allowlist of folder paths and a dry-run listing first. If you only need to remove some files, delete file versions individually instead of the folder. Keep a separate backup of anything irreplaceable before any bulk delete.

Agents doing cleanup automation that target a folder path expecting only empty-folder removal can wipe entire asset trees including version history. There is no trash or recovery step in the API.
