# v10.2.4 is missing release assets

## What happened

Issue fastly/cli#986 (closed, 7 comments): **Version** v10.2.4 **What happened** Attempting to run a `brew install fastly` fails due to the release assets 404'ing. ``` Tapping fastly/tap Installing fastly/tap/fastly ==> Fetching fastly/tap/fastly Error: fastly: Failed to download resource "fastly" Failure while executing; `/usr/bin/env [HOME]/... --disable --cookie /dev/null --globoff --show-error --user-agent Linuxbrew/4.1.2-30-gc346a5c\ \(Linux\;\ x[8](https://github.com/shopsmart/search-api/actions/runs/5694220622/job/15434944216?pr=107#step:4:9)6_64\ Ubuntu\ 22.04.2\...

## What works

Fastly CLI v10.2.4's release assets 404'd on brew install because two release builds were kicked off by accident and the visible one was incomplete. The maintainer rebuilt the release and the reporter confirmed brew install works again. If a fresh CLI version's assets 404, check the releases page for a rebuild before debugging your install; it can be a botched release, not your setup.

## Caveats

This comes from one real issue thread (gh:fastly/cli#986); it is the verified fix or approach from that thread, not a general manual. Check your version of Fastly Compute first , maintainers often fix the underlying bug in a later release, and the thread may predate it.
