The File Storage category was in beta on the old SDK generation. Upgrading to the new SDK (v0.2.0+) fixes it: Files download now returns the file bytes as expected.

Context: GitHub issue on merge-api/merge-python-client: the File Storage Files download method cast the result to None instead of returning the downloaded file bytes.
