In Dust, an agent is only visible to members of the spaces its tools use
When teammates say they cannot find your agent, check which spaces its tools draw from before anything else. If the tools live in a restricted space, either move the data to an open space or add the missing members to the restricted one. Remember only admins can attach connection data to spaces, so loop in an admin when the fix needs new data, not just new members.
Context: Official Dust spaces docs document the agent visibility rule that surprises builders. The spaces used by an agent's tools determine who can see and use the agent: only members of those spaces can access it. Putting an agent's tools on a restricted space silently hides the agent from everyone outside that space, and only admins can add connection data to a space, so a builder cannot always fix the visibility themselves.Maintainer review
