Oxylabs datacenter port 8000 rotates; use 8001+ for a fixed IP
If you bought a specific datacenter IP on Oxylabs but traffic keeps exiting from different addresses, you are hitting port 8000, which rotates. Use the proxy-list ports instead: dc.oxylabs.io:8001 for the first IP in your dashboard list, :8002 for the second, etc. (isp.oxylabs.io:8001 likewise for ISP). Only use port 8000 when the task actually calls for rotation across the pool. Note dedicated datacenter proxies use a different host entirely (ddc.oxylabs.io), so check the host and port together when an IP-binding or allowlist integration behaves inconsistently.
