## What happened

My fal account shows 50 credits but I get Not enough credits to use whenever I try to run anything. What is going on? I just signed up and the 50 credits were granted yesterday. I have not run a single job yet, so the balance should be untouched.

## The fix that worked

This is a known issue with the account unlocking mechanism, not your actual balance. The team unlocked the account manually and it worked after that. If you hit this, reach out to fal support and they can unlock your account while they investigate what went wrong.
