The exact cause of the earlier intermittent cold request remains unproven; this closes the agreed reliability observation gate, not a root-cause claim. Main CI: ten consecutive fresh ci workflows from the #2457 merge through the release commit passed without retries. Each memory Worker job completed on attempt 1.
