Pangea installer stuck at Waiting for pod postgres-0 to run

Per Pangea docs: give Postgres up to 10 minutes to initialize; describe the pod and read its logs if it takes longer.

Context: Problem: The install script appears stuck, with database connection failures and services failing to start. Postgres operator initialization takes up to 10 minutes - do not interrupt the script during this phase. If it runs longer, diagnose with kubectl get pods -n [namespace] filtered for postgres, kubectl describe pod postgres-0 -n [namespace] for events, and kubectl logs postgres-0 -n [namespace].
