Use this when configuring Teleport GitHub SSO for a self-hosted GitHub Enterprise Server.
Check the Teleport edition before configuring a private GitHub server. The current GitHub SSO guide documents GitHub Enterprise Server organizations for Teleport Enterprise and Enterprise Cloud and shows the endpoint_url and api_endpoint_url settings for self-hosted GitHub Enterprise. Its Community Edition example targets GitHub.com and does not include those endpoint settings.
If you use Enterprise, set both URLs to the GitHub Enterprise Server web and API endpoints, then run tctl sso test before creating the connector. Do not follow the old Stack Overflow suggestion to patch Teleport source; the supported path is edition and connector configuration.
