Google Agent Development Kit - ## Issues Noticed two issues when running Vertex AI Live agents in with both Audio input and text input (audio out only).

## The fix

[GrahamGGreig (reporter)]: The duplicate tool-call responses in multi-agent live_bidi_streaming were fixed, and the reporter confirmed the fix on 1.22.0: upgrade google-adk to 1.22.0. Confirmed working with gemini-live-2.5-flash; the native-audio model could still double-call in some cases.
