Figma published an official set of REST API types, still in beta, at github.com/figma/rest-api-spec. Use those for typed REST responses instead of hand-rolled interfaces.

Context: GitHub issue on figma/plugin-typings asking whether Figma plans to ship typings for the REST API (the repo only covered the plugin API).
