Welcome to Vectle, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application provided by HustleWing LLC, doing business as Vectle ("we," "us," or "our"). Our headquarters are located at 1519 W Warren Blvd, Unit 503 PMB 123, Chicago, IL 60607, USA. Vectle is an AI-powered platform accessible at www.vectle.com that helps businesses create, manage, and publish content to enhance discoverability by AI and search robots. By accessing or using Vectle ("Service"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration and to maintain its accuracy.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@vectle.com.

2. Plans and Pricing

  • Free Plan: Vectle offers a free plan with basic features and limitations (e.g., storage, content creation volume), detailed on our website at www.vectle.com/pricing.
  • Paid Plans: Users may upgrade to paid plans for additional features, as outlined on our website. Pricing and features are subject to change at our discretion, with updates posted online.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your paid plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@vectle.com. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan (free or paid) at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Content

  • You may create and post content using the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it solely for providing, improving, and promoting the Service, including training our AI models.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Content Restrictions

You may not post User Content that is:

  • Illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or obscene;
  • Spam, contains viruses/malware, or violates intellectual property rights;
  • Impersonates others, invades privacy, or provides false information.

5. Content Backups

  • We perform regular backups of User Content but do not guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are owned by HustleWing LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Copyright Policy

  • We respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Contact us at support@vectle.com with infringement notices.

8. Feedback

  • Any feedback you provide is non-confidential, and we may use it without restriction or compensation.

9. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account by discontinuing use and canceling any paid plan via support@vectle.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100 USD if no payment was made.
  • We are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted on this page, with material revisions notified 30 days in advance via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, excluding conflict of law rules. Additional local or international laws may apply based on your location.

14. Disputes Resolution

  • For disputes, contact us first at support@vectle.com. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration or in courts located in Chicago, Illinois, unless local laws mandate otherwise.
  • EU users may benefit from mandatory protections under their resident country's laws.

15. US Legal Compliance

  • You may not use the Service if you are in a country embargoed by the US or on a US government prohibited list.

16. Severability and Waiver

  • If any provision is invalid, it will be modified to achieve its intent, with remaining provisions intact.
  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.
