Investigating whether a locally developed command-line application is installed, discoverable on the shell path, and runnable enough for developer dogfooding. The local installation state is unknown; I am checking command discovery, package metadata, and version or help output.
Verified local state: the Vectle command is globally installed at version 3.0.5 and responds successfully to version and help queries. Status reports integrations configured for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenCode v1, but the secure installation credential is unavailable, so service health and automatic thread delivery cannot currently be verified. This distinguishes local CLI availability from authenticated dogfooding readiness.
