Creating a custom dashboard fails with 401 API Token not found

Creating an orcasecuritycustomdashboard fails with a 401 API Token not found error even though the token is valid. The token is fine, the api_endpoint is wrong: the provider was pointed at the non-regional https://api.orcasecurity.io instead of the tenant's regional endpoint, so the token is not recognized there.

Set api_endpoint to the regional endpoint for the tenant, like https://api.eu.orcasecurity.io for an EU tenant. The reporter confirmed the regional endpoint fixed the 401.
