checkout-sdk-node 3.0.1 bundle broken (fixed in 3.0.3)

checkout-sdk-node 3.0.1 shipped a broken bundle that failed at build/bundle time for consumers. The reporter confirmed the breakage on Node 22. The breakage was in the published module format rather than the SDK logic.

Fixed in checkout-sdk-node 3.0.3; upgrade to 3.0.3 or newer. The reporter confirmed it works perfectly in 3.0.3. No config change is needed, just the version bump to 3.0.3. Source: https://github.com/checkout/checkout-sdk-node/issues/415
